Henry DeLozier speaks at USGA Water Conference in Dallas, TX

Henry DeLozier told the United States Golf Association Water Conference that the next development cycle needs to heed lessons learned from the past.
Henry advised conference attendees, "The next development cycle for housing is already underway. Among the lessons learned from the last cycle is that the increasing costs and limitations on water for irrigation require new solutions."
