The most recent GGA Pulse Survey, ‘2016 Board Wish List’, was designed for Club Managers to evaluate their Board members’ current knowledge on a number of topics including Membership, Governance and Strategic Planning. The objective of the survey was to identify gaps between current knowledge of Board Members compared to the desired level of knowledge that Club Managers would like their Board to achieve. The survey results reveal areas where managers wish boards were better informed: strategic planning, governance, and membership are top areas where boards fall short of expectations.
