Bio

Kathy Grayson is a respected leader in the golf and hospitality industry with 35 years of experience encompassing executive search, career coaching, corporate management, project management, and private club experience.

Prior to joining GGA Partners, Kathy worked for the PGA of America as the lead PGA ExecuSearch Consultant.  She has also held management roles with Callaway Golf Company, The Antigua Group, and Troon Golf Management. Kathy also had the unique opportunity to work for the United States Olympics.

Grayson was born and raised in Waterford, Michigan, and obtained a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix and an associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Ferris State University. She is also a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), Advanced Certified Professional Resume Writer (APRW), Certified Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment Practitioner (CPIP), and a Member of the Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM).

Kathy loves to travel and experience new cultures, enjoys playing golf and kayaking, and is an avid college sports enthusiast.

Kathy resides in Bonita Springs, Florida.
