Vu joined GGA as Chief of Staff in October 2022 after having working in the start-up and non-profit sectors. In his role, Vu supports the organization with operational effectiveness, including practice management and oversight, workflow planning and management, and billing coordination and support.

Prior to joining GGA, Vu was Director of Administration, Projects, and Facilities at Lumenus Community Services, a prominent non-profit organization in Toronto. In this role, he provided leadership across a large corporate services portfolio. Faced with the challenges of COVID-19 and a quadruple-agency amalgamation, Vu’s tenure is highlighted by building and implementing systems and processes that helped drive data-driven decision making.

Vu also brings with him experience as the Head of Operations and Client Success at a Canadian start-up, with a focus on building and improving on business processes. He was responsible for building the company’s back-end operations, training systems, and proprietary CRM/ERP system, ushering in a period of rapid growth.

Vu holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and is currently working towards his PMP certification. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, basketball, and keeping up with the latest fashion trends.
