Bio

During his stellar career, Joe Oswald has taken the opportunity to sit on both sides of the business table. He has served as an organization’s president looking to develop a high performing team, and as an executive in transition, became a coach who helped clients to find exciting new opportunities.

As Executive Director, Consulting & People Services, Joe will work with GGA clients to provide leadership coaching, people development strategies, advanced psychometric assessments, and technology insights.

Prior to joining GGA, Joe was most recently president at Jonas Club Software, a Constellation Software company, where he led five businesses. He previously served in several technology firms in roles as chief operating officer, executive vice-president, business development and as a principal in a national Executive Coaching and Career Transition services firm.

Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering and computer sciences from Carlton University. Further studies resulted in his obtaining International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification in 2015. His Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials also remain active through successive renewals obtained after required continuous learning sessions.

When not focused on assisting GGA clients, you find Joe on the running trails, the golf course or volunteering to help grieving children at the Lighthouse in Oakville, Ontario.
