Jess joined GGA Partners in September 2024 after graduating from the Honours Business Administration (HBA) program at Ivey Business School.

Prior to joining the firm, Jess gained experience in strategic planning and corporate development at Clear Insight FPM, a boutique financial services consulting firm. He also completed an internship with renewable energy developer StormFisher Hydrogen, where he conducted a strategic analysis of the North American hydrogen landscape and production incentives, recommending growth opportunities to senior leaders. Additionally, he carried out financial modelling and sensitivity analysis activities for the company’s venture financing.

Jess was exposed to family business and the importance of exceptional guest experiences at a young age. He spent his childhood summers supporting the Rochester International Jazz Festival in various capacities, helping it become one of the largest jazz festivals in the United States.

Deeply passionate about golf, Jess grew up playing the game in his hometown of Rochester, New York. When not out on the course, he enjoys playing his electric bass, DJing for community and fundraiser events, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
