Since joining GGA Partners in December 2022, Sam has assisted clients with strategic financial analysis and business advisory services, contributing to the successful execution of multiple buy- and sell-side transactions.

Prior to joining GGA, Sam worked on the infrastructure advisory team at Agentis Capital, where he was involved in a number of M&A and project finance transactions across the sector.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Mathematics (with High Distinction), both from Wilfrid Laurier University.
