Bio

Kelly Simons is an experienced C-Suite leader, adept at navigating complex and rapidly evolving environments, growing organizations through fiscally sound practices, developing people and teams, while building healthy cultures.

She most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of an exclusive, private, 4,600 acre ski-in/out community in the heart of Park City, Utah. Under her leadership for over a decade, she provided a vision, strategic long-term planning, innovative problem solving, financial stability, significant organizational growth and built strong external relationships.

Kelly earned her B.A. from Penn State University and years later, while leading an organization full-time, achieved her MBA through the Executive Program at The University of Utah. In addition to pursuing her graduate degree, Kelly has continued her education working with the Harvard Extension School in Coaching and Leadership, the Harvard Law School Executive Education Program on Negotiation and Leadership and, more recently, the Yale School of Management Executive Education Women’s Leadership Program. Utah Business recently named her one of Utah’s Forty Under 40.

Throughout her career, Kelly has also served on the board of the Community for Children’s Justice as Treasurer, Park City Women’s Business Network as the Director of Finance and has contributed time and services to many local Park City non-profit organizations.

Kelly also enjoys spending time exploring the globe, experiencing new cultures, hiking to find the best views, skiing the trees, teeing it up with friends, mentoring individuals, and reading mostly non-fiction.
