Evan joined GGA in December of 2020 with years of professional services experience. In his current role as Manager, he leads assignments across the GGA client portfolio and specializes in financial modeling, business planning, and capital planning.

Prior to joining GGA, Evan was an accomplished Senior Accountant for Binder Dijker Otte (BDO Canada) in both the Tax and Audit departments. Working in the BDO accounting and assurance group, he served a roster of clients in a variety of industries including real estate, technology, and manufacturing. Through his time at BDO he had the opportunity to work with small to medium-sized businesses, public companies, and not for profit organizations to execute compliance as well as advisory engagements.

Evan holds deep experience working with business owners and board members to develop beneficial strategies for a number of different operational and financial issues facing their organizations. Evan brings to GGA clients his wide-ranging experience in analyzing numerous business structures and financial operations captured during his time at BDO.

Evan graduated from McMaster University in 2017, earning an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a focus in finance and accounting. He obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in 2020.

Evan is an avid golfer and is always looking for new places to travel. In the summers during his time at university, Evan served as an instructor at a junior golf camp in the Hamilton area.
