GGA Partners is pleased to join the ClubWorks Network of Excellence, a premiere private club and high-end hospitality professional services platform (www.ClubWorks.com).
As part of the ClubWorks Network of Excellence, GGA will maintain its established brand and leadership team, and continue to grow its professional staff to further elevate the delivery of high-quality, impactful strategic solutions. The additional resources and synergies afforded through the ClubWorks platform will also be incredibly impactful for the broader investment, real estate, hospitality, municipal and association related market segments currently served.
ClubWorks’ investment in GGA will help further accelerate the expansion of GGA’s service offerings, including strategy and operations consulting, transaction advisory, executive search and advanced analytics services. GGA’s leadership team, who are committed to the continued growth of the ClubWorks platform, will add further expertise to the ClubWorks Board of Directors. The acquisition is expected to close in March 2023.
